Job summary

Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC (HPH) operates an exclusive Airport Lounge at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. We are hiring a Full-time Guest Service Associate to check-in guests, greet lounge visitors, and maintain the buffet and beverage service with a professional appearance.

The role offers $18.00 per hour, a $200 signing bonus, and benefits including health insurance, PTO, 401K, and a monthly commute stipend. Parking passes and airport badging fees are covered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Excellent hospitality customer service skills.
• Check-in and greet lounge guests.
• Portions and arranges food on serving dishes.
• Stores food properly to prevent spoilage.
• Cleans and maintains work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Stock, maintain, and clean lounge buffet area.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages to lounge guests.
• Bus, wash, and replenish glassware and dishware.
• Make beverages for guests.
• Dress and present yourself professionally.
• Help with additional tasks as needed by The Club.
• Good work ethic and detail orientation.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift Timing(s): 3:00 AM-11:30 AM*; 11:30 AM-8:30 PM

*$1.00 per hour shift premium for 3:00 AM-11:30 AM shift

We cover airport badging fees and employees' parking passes! Our full-time team members are provided a $100 monthly commute stipend!
