Sodexo is hiring an Airport Lounge F&B Supervisor for UNITED CLUB - PHX. The role oversees daily service activities, supports management on-site, and ensures safe, high-quality operations across fast casual, coffee, cafeterias, events, and cafes.

You will train staff, resolve customer issues, and maintain reliable attendance and shift coverage. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience with supervisory experience preferred, and a commitment to a safe working environment.

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
