Job summary

Eurest USA is hiring a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the American Airlines lounge operations at the PHX airport. You will lead the FOH/BOH teams, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards daily.

The role requires 2+ years of high-volume F&B experience, cost and inventory control, and strong leadership in a multicultural environment. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume F&B experience.
• Experience in F&B management for hotels, restaurants, chains, or multi-unit operations.
• Experience with food costing and inventory management.
• Labor costs oversight and staff scheduling experience.
• Passion for guest service and motivating a team.
• Experience in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the American Airlines Lounge operations at PHX Airport.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and high-quality food and beverage offerings daily.
• Oversee FOH and BOH, lead and mentor a diverse team.
• Create crew schedules, manage labor against guest traffic and volume patterns.
• Assist with ordering, inventory control, and cost management.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and security standards.
