Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Cook I for an Airport Dimensions-Sapphire Lounge by The Club location. This full-time role involves preparing and presenting hot and cold foods across meals in a fast-paced kitchen, while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

You will work with a team to deliver high-quality dining experiences for guests. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, up to 2 years of related experience, and familiarity with kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Requires familiarity with kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with current standards to ensure high-quality service.
• Follow basic recipes and product directions for food preparation and serving.
• Estimate food requirements, check production, and requisition supplies and equipment.
• Significant walking or other mobility.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
