Job summary

Sodexo is hiring an Airport Lounge Cook for the Sapphire Lounge at the airport. The role involves preparing and presenting a variety of hot and cold foods across meal periods, ensuring safety, accuracy, and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will support high-quality dining and collaborate with the team to meet client requirements. Minimum 0–2 years' related experience with a HS diploma or GED, ability to read recipes, and familiarity with kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Requires familiarity of kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for all meal periods and events.
• Ensure all food products are prepared safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining a clean workstation.
• Support Sodexo's commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience and uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation.
