Airport Lounge Cleaner (Appearance Care Associate)

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

Appearance Care Associates perform a full range of cleaning duties and responsibilities in support of lounge operations at the premium Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club, located in Terminal 4 at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. They ensure lounge areas are kept clean and orderly, maintain compliance with sanitation regulations, and support guest satisfaction.

Primary Job Duties

• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and break rooms
• Restock beverage stations
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers
• Empty wastebaskets and recyclables and transport to disposal areas
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors in restrooms
• Replenish restroom supplies and polish metal fixtures
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors; perform additional floor work such as scrubbing, waxing, and polishing
• Wash walls and woodwork; clean windows, door panels, partitions, and window sills
• Notify supervisor of maintenance or repair needs
• Comply with all company safety and risk‑management policies and procedures
• Dust furniture, fixtures, equipment, and partitions
• Stand during an entire scheduled shift
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping/janitorial concepts and procedures
• Maintain a presentable and polished appearance in a best‑in‑class environment
• Stand during the entire scheduled shift
• Handle the stress of a fast‑paced 10‑hour shift
• Lift or move up to 40 pounds
• Walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
• Report on work regularly and in a timely manner
• Adhere to local and state health‑department guidelines
• Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Pass a security background check and obtain clearance to work in an airport environment
