Hyde Park Hospitality is hiring an Airport Lounge Cleaner at Boston Logan International Airport. The role supports lounge operations by cleaning lounges, restrooms, and guest areas to ensure cleanliness and sanitation. Weekend availability and physical tasks are required to maintain a high standard of guest experience.

The position offers a $200 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Pay is $19.75 per hour for full-time work at the airport lounge in Boston.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Disinfect sinks, countertops, and fixtures in restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and perform occasional floor care.
• Notify supervisor of maintenance needs and follow safety policies.

Airport Lounge Cleaner

Pay: $19.75 per hour

Cleaner Job Summary

The Cleaner performs a full range of cleaning duties and responsibilities in support of the lounge operations at The Lounge located in Boston Logan International Airport. Works to ensure lounge specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Sees that lounge and facilities are cleaned and maintained to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with sanitation regulations. Cleaning duties include but are not limited to restrooms, trash removal, and furniture. The Cleaner must be available to work weekends.

Cleaner Primary Job Duties

• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, break rooms.
• Assist with clearing tables of dirty dishes and cleaning tables.
• Restock beverage stations.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaner and/or shampooers.
• Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transport to designated disposal areaswithin and outside of the lounge.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors in restrooms.
• Replenish restroom supplies, polish metalwork including fixtures and fittings.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Additional floor work may be required such as scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors.
• Washes walls and woodwork, clean windows, door panels, partitions, and windowsills, etc.
• Notifies supervisor concerning any need for any maintenance repairs or additions observed.
• Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, equipment, and partitions.
• Must be able to stand during an entire scheduled shift.
• Other duties as assigned.

Cleaner Minimum Acceptable Qualifications

• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the housekeeping/janitorial field.
• Requires ability to maintain a presentable and polished appearance in keeping with service standards in a best-in-class environment.
• Be able to stand during entire scheduled shift.
• Ability to handle the stress of a face-paced work shift up to ten (10) hours.
• Requires the ability to lift and / or move up to 40 pounds.
• Requires the ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions.
• Report on work on a regular and timely basis.
• Adheres to all local and state health department guidelines.
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass and obtain security background check and clearance to work in airport environment.
