Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Barback at the Airport Dimensions-Sapphire Lounge by the Club. This full-time position offers an hourly pay of $20 and requires flexibility with shifts and open availability. The Barback will support bartenders by maintaining bar cleanliness, restocking supplies, and assisting with glassware and garnishes while complying with health codes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
• Collect empty glasses from the bar and wash glassware as necessary to ensure an adequate supply to serve customers.
• Prepares fresh garnishes for drinks employing FIFO system.
• Restocks bar/designated station with supplies and transports supplies to bar set-up area.
