National Car Rental is seeking a customer-focused team member to assist guests at the Kansas City airport location. You will greet customers, verify belongings, and help process rentals and receipts, while guiding transportation to the airport terminal. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive on the lot using prescribed dialogue.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in the vehicle and log with unit number, date and time.
• Explain rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal in a professional manner.
• Thank customers using prescribed dialogue and seek feedback on service.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and guide customers to complete damage/loss reports.
• Check fuel level and ensure full tank where applicable.
• Create service alerts for mechanical or body damage reported by customers.
• Identify and move vehicles held for turnaround, recalls, or special lock movements to correct lots.
• Keep the lot organized and accessible to improve traffic flow.
• Pursue self-improvement through training and goal setting.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
