Job summary

MSP Airport is hiring a Cabin Lavatory Agent to perform lavatory service operations for the aircraft on the ground. The role requires safe operation of lavatory equipment and trucks, waste handling, and accurate paperwork entry within the company information system.

Candidates must be a local Minnesota resident, have a valid MN driver’s license, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a 10-year background check.

Qualifications

• Local MN resident is required.
• Experience driving industrial-sized trucks is preferred.
• Must hold a valid MN driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass a background check (up to 10 years).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate via radio and verbally in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Drives/operates lavatory equipment and vehicles safely.
• Services aircraft lavatories by emptying waste.
• Handles disposal of oil from lavatory trucks.
• Logs and tracks lavatory paperwork.
• Assists with cleaning of the aircraft as needed.
• Completes paperwork and enters information into the company system.
• Performs other duties as assigned within skill/experience range.
