Job summary

ERMC Aviation in Minneapolis, MN is seeking individuals to join a growing team for lavatory servicing on aircraft. No experience is required and paid training is provided.

Flight privileges are offered after 30 days, with weekly pay for hourly employees and full-time benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and exclusive discounts. Job duties include operating lavatory equipment, servicing aircraft lavatories, and maintaining safety and environmental procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Operate the lavatory equipment as described.
• Ensure timely availability of lavatory equipment, including fueling and maintenance.
• Service aircraft lavatories by emptying waste receptacles.
• Use lavatory and sanitary water equipment to empty, flush and fill aircraft systems.
• Follow environmental procedures while emptying waste trucks and fueling the same.
• Clean aircraft lavatories and empty waste receptacles.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within skill and experience.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner following company safety standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents or hazards.
