Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) YEARS of janitorial or related custodial work such as sweeping, dusting and cleaning of buildings.
• Supervisory aptitude demonstrated for supervisory duties through leading roles or supervision training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license where required for the position.
• Eligibility to work in the United States under federal law and ability to obtain required security clearances.
• Successful completion of interview and evaluation process, with possible in-person testing.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates in keeping assigned buildings and building areas clean and orderly.
• Handles heavy lifting, cleaning places and equipment not easily accessible, simple repairs and operation of industrial cleaning equipment.
