Qualifications

• BS degree in Information Technology or related field, plus at least ten years of related experience, or eight years with qualifying certifications.
• Experience with airport systems and vendor engagement.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL or PMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Systems Analyst for airport business applications, internal ICT platforms, and service management tools, providing oversight throughout the system lifecycle.
• Analyze and document business, operational, and technical requirements from stakeholders, ICT teams, and vendors.
• Design and specify system enhancements, configurations, and new solutions to improve workflows and service delivery, including integrations between internal ICT systems and operational airport systems.
• Coordinate with ICT teams, developers, and external vendors to implement and validate solutions through test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including functional requirements and user guides.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support to promote effective adoption and reliable use of technology.
