Job summary

ALVEST is seeking a Site Leader to manage a maintenance station for a fleet of Airport Ground Support Equipment, overseeing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across multiple GSE types.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling skills, and ability to coordinate with customers while maintaining safety, quality, and documentation standards. Shift is 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with added incentives for ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot heavy equipment.
• Experience managing a work schedule and leading a team across three shifts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and judgment; ability to keep management informed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of technicians, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency standards are met.
• Manage work schedule based on equipment availability and customer needs.
• Ensure shop cleanliness, tool accountability and proper documentation in ERP system.
