Qualifications

• Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps.
• Ability to maintain basic logs and records.
• Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.
• Able to remain professional and courteous at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering all necessary equipment for assigned flights.
• Assist with loads delivery vehicle with parcels scheduled for delivery.
• Interact with Customer Service Team Members as well as flight attendants and other airport operations members to identify and resolve complications daily.
• Comply with standard operating procedures (SOP) regarding driving, and loading and unloading carts.
