Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly service to travelers and customers.
• Arrange itineraries, issue tickets, issue refunds, and handle baggage.
• Assist with reservations, standby passengers, and in-flight supplies.
• Guide passengers between terminal and aircraft safely.
• Handle loading/unloading of cargo and transport between terminals.
• Clean and service cabin interiors and perform safety duties.
