Cencora is hiring for a shift-based logistic support role, Monday to Friday, 11:30 am to 8:30 pm. The position pays $26 per hour and requires coordinating freight recovery, monitoring drivers, and maintaining cold chain for airport shipments.

The role emphasizes adherence to company and regulatory SOPs, strong communication, and teamwork in an office/warehouse setting with occasional overtime. Training records and compliance are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a related field.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency in completing tasks.
• Ability to safely lift packages up to 75 lbs.
• Professional demeanor.
• Flexible schedule including afternoons/evenings/weekends.
• Ability to work occasional overtime and multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the recovery and tender of freight at local airports.
• Breakdown freight when it returns to office.
• Monitor drivers to ensure customer pickup and delivery expectations are met.
• Assist in preparation of packaging materials and cold chain supplies when required.
• Monitor cold chain for all shipments arriving at airports and freight awaiting instructions.
• Enter updated notes for Customer Service and origin offices.
• Ensure freight is recovered timely and communications to drivers are followed.
• Follow Company policies and SOPs.
• Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Monitor 'On-Hold' shipments for export and/or delivery approval.
• Manage outbound flight monitor updates.
• Proficiency in Cold Chain Management (gel packs, packaging prep/refurb/ config).
• Assist Leadership Team in daily functions and training records.
