Job summary

North American Concessions, Inc. in Chicago, IL seeks a Utility Worker/Runner to support venues inside Midway Airport. The ideal candidate is self-driven, reliable, and ready to work a fast-paced environment.

You will transport product, assist with cleaning, and help maintain safety and sanitation standards while rotating stock and following CDA/TSA requirements. This role requires physical endurance and teamwork in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with a high level of motivation.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
• Lift and maneuver objects weighing 50–75 pounds.
• Stand 90% of the time during shifts.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Dependable and able to follow procedures safely.
• Must be able to obtain CDA/TSA badge and pass background checks.
• Uphold CDA and TSA safety and security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Transport product from loading docks to venues and label products.
• Put products away in correct areas and rotate stock.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors in kitchen and common areas.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and blocks; wash dishes by hand or machine.
• Assist with food preparation when needed.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of storage and dish areas.
• Follow safety policies and sanitation protocols for equipment and workspaces.
• Maintain communication with management and collaborate with team.
