Job summary

Guardian Professional Services is seeking a dependable Janitor Custodial Specialist to service Orlando International Airport, providing a safe, clean environment for airline passengers and staff. The role requires experience in general cleaning, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The position offers an overnight shift (10:00pm–6:30am), full-time schedule (5 days per week), with a starting pay of $15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have working experience in basic janitorial duties.
• Must be able to speak English and Spanish.
• Must maintain a neat appearance and wear a uniform where required.
• Must attend periodic training and safety meetings.
• Must be punctual and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize after spill cleanups.
• Maintain and operate cleaning equipment; report issues to supervisor.
• Inspect assigned areas for cleanliness and safety; address problems.
• Shampoo carpets and maintain non-carpeted surfaces.
• Remove soil, wax, and sealer from floors as directed by manual.
• Follow all company policies, procedures and safety regulations.
