Job summary

Nana Regional Corporation, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in directing Fleet Servicing operations at the Juneau Airport.

You will lead staff, ensure safety, and coordinate administrative tasks while maintaining effective customer communications. The role requires supervisory experience, strong problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; candidates should be able to obtain necessary airport clearances as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of related training preferred.
• At least two years of experience in the assigned area.
• Leadership or supervisory experience of 6 months to 1 year.
• Ability to obtain GSC certification within six months of hire.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and general business software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage Fleet Servicing operations to support efficient operations.
• Oversee fleet and janitorial staff as assigned and provide day-to-day supervision.
• Maintain strong customer communication and support operational problem resolution.
• Support safety programs and promote a safe work environment.
• Prepare, monitor, and review business and operational reports.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
