Job summary

City of Morgantown is seeking an Airport Finance Manager to lead financial administration and revenue management for Morgantown Municipal Airport. You will supervise the Airport Operations & Finance Clerk and collaborate with the Airport Director to ensure grant reimbursements, reporting, and compliance with federal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, economics, aviation management, or related field.
• Four to six years of experience in finance, accounting, grants management, or airport administration.
• Experience managing budgets, leases, contracts, invoices, accounts receivable, or grant-funded projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial administration, revenue tracking, invoicing, AR, and financial reporting.
• Manage grant administration, reimbursement packages, and audits.
• Administer airport leases, permits, and tenant invoicing; monitor payments.
• Coordinate fuel sales administration and ensure accurate revenue reporting.
• Prepare records and reports for advisory boards and City Council as needed.
• Supervise the Airport Operations & Finance Clerk.
• Ensure compliance with FAA grant assurances and city policies.
