Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a motivated Utility Associate for Bar Dough at DEN Airport. This part-time, on-site role offers the chance to work in a dynamic airport dining environment, ensuring cleanliness, stock management, and smooth operation of grab-and-go counters.

You will monitor sanitation standards, coordinate with kiosks, load product, and assist with stocking while adhering to food safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas according to OSHA standards.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Coordinate with kiosks and shared kitchen to ensure grab-and-go products are stocked and available for sale.
• Load carts with products from the shared kitchen and stock areas and deliver to restaurants, kiosks, and retail stores.
• Maintain stock areas and ensure product rotation.
• Perform light maintenance and remove trash to designated areas.
• Assist team with stocking of items and compliance with local, state, and federal food safety laws.
