Job summary

Egis is seeking a senior electrical engineer for aviation projects to review and develop construction documents, support business development, and lead design initiatives across transportation infrastructure. The role offers opportunities to work on national and international airports within a collaborative, hybrid/remote environment.

Ideal candidates bring PE credentials and 8+ years of civil airport project experience, with expertise in airfield electrical systems, NEC, lighting, and ITS.

Qualifications

PE license or state equivalent.
8+ years of Civil Airport project experience.

Responsibilities

Review and develop construction documents, including design, plans, specs, calculation reports, shop drawings, RFIs, cost estimates, and material takeoffs for transportation and infrastructure projects.
Support Egis' Aviation business and collaborate across states.
Assist project managers in responding to RFPs and business development efforts.
