A leading environmental consulting firm in Denver is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager specializing in airport construction. The role involves overseeing EHS compliance, conducting inspections, and training staff. Candidates should have over 5 years of construction EHS experience and relevant safety certifications. Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction EHS experience.
• Experience with airport expansions or refabrication projects.
• OSHA 500/510 and professional safety certifications such as ASP, GSP, CSP, CHST, or STSC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EHS compliance for all project operations.
• Conduct and document daily EHS inspections.
• Deliver site-specific project safety orientations.
• Assist with coordinating crane and lifting activities.
• Participate in Daily Hazard Analysis (DHA) processes.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and develop corrective actions.
• Partner with project leadership to promote an injury-free workplace.
• Collect and evaluate safety metrics to identify trends.
• Review EHS plans and assist with developing new safety procedures.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with all EHS requirements.
• Confirm craft workers are fully trained for assigned tasks.
• Collaborate closely with trade contractor EHS teams.
• Act as liaison with the client’s risk management team.
• Deliver EHS training modules and support a positive reinforcement safety program.
