You will assist with product knowledge, stock management, and smooth checkout processes while working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of luxury retail experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40-60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving store goals using customer service and product knowledge.
• Deliver the highest standards of customer service that exceed expectations and act as ambassadors of the brand.
• Maintain adequate stock and maximize sales by receiving deliveries, restocking, and assisting in daily operations.
• Operate a cash register, including Credit Card transactions.
• Follow company policies including cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
• Inform management about pricing, inventory and outdated issues.
• Protect company assets and stock in-store and backroom.
• Keep the store clean by sweeping, dusting, organizing merchandise, and taking out the trash.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
