Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assign agents to flights or other airport locations to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
• Maintain the control room environment, timeclock, inventory records, distribution, and Avtech device maintenance.
• Perform daily inventory of devices and report discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot devices and ensure they are charged and functional.
• Ensure time clocks are operable and escalate related issues.
• Provide right of access to the Control Room.
• Perform other duties as assigned within skill and experience capabilities.
• Complete work safely and in accordance with company standards; report safety incidents.
