Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take drink and food orders within 30 seconds of arrival.
• Accurately total orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Handle cash and card transactions following SOPs for cash handling and loss prevention.
• Provide menu knowledge and make allergen-based recommendations to guests.
