Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is hiring a part-time Server at DEN Airport to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced airport environment. You will greet guests, take orders, and upsell menu items while accurately handling payments through the POS.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, strong math and cash handling skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and adapt to varying shifts in a 7/365

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Food and Beverage experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of math to figure cost, make change and cash handling procedures.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with other team members.
• Able to work unsupervised for extended periods and to demonstrate good judgment with customers and peers.
• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively.
• Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Exceed First Class Service standards and behavior with every guest, business partner and peers.
• Greets guests and takes drink and food order; provides menu information and seeks additional sales.
• Accurately processes transactions through the POS.
• Responds to customer concerns.
• Keeps bar clean, sanitized and well stocked.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Inventories beverages and supplies and orders replacements as needed.
• Builds guest loyalty and enhances selling skills using training materials.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and adheres to safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
