Job summary

Naples Airport Authority is seeking a Development Project Manager to oversee airport planning, design, and construction projects from planning to closeout. The role may be filled at PM I, II, or Senior PM levels based on experience.

Salary ranges from $96,348 to $120,771 annually, with benefits and advancement opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating with consultants, contractors, and agencies; managing scopes, budgets, and schedules; and ensuring compliance with standards throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in project management, construction, or related areas.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate airport capital improvement, repair, renovation, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, tenants, regulatory agencies, and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support planning, design, procurement, permitting, construction administration, and closeout activities.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, bid documents, specifications, contracts, and related docs.
• Review construction plans, specs, contracts, reports, and other project documents.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction activities for compliance.
• Coordinate permitting, grant, regulatory, environmental, safety, and phasing requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide timely updates to leadership and stakeholders.
