Egis in the United States is seeking a Civil Engineer to design airport projects, including runways, taxiways, and airfield lighting, while coordinating with cross-functional teams across our infrastructure practice.

The role requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering, 4+ years in civil engineering (aviation a plus), and proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office. PE designation is preferred and FAA criteria knowledge is a plus. Hybrid, on-site opportunities exist in the Arizona market.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE designation (preferred).
• 4+ years in civil engineering; aviation experience and FAA criteria knowledge a plus.
• Ability to coordinate multiple project tasks.
• Self-motivated with ability to handle a fast-paced position.
• Goal- and deadline-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Design airport engineering projects including runways, taxiways, aprons, airfield lighting, navigational aids, etc.
• Preparation of engineering design reports, construction plans, and contract documents / technical specifications.
• Experience in design of general civil engineering projects including site design, sanitary wastewater, water and hydraulic evaluation a plus.
