Egis in the U.S. is seeking an Airport Design Engineer for our Albuquerque, NM office. You will design airport facilities, prepare technical reports, and develop construction plans while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, a PE is preferred, and 4+ years of civil engineering experience with aviation exposure or FAA knowledge considered a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) designation preferred.
• 4+ years of civil engineering experience; aviation experience and FAA knowledge a plus.
• Ability to coordinate multiple project tasks; self-motivated and able to handle a fast-paced position.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design airport engineering projects including runways, taxiways, aprons, airfield lighting, navigational aids, etc.
• Prepare engineering design reports, construction plans, and contract documents/specifications.
• Experience in general civil design including site, sanitary wastewater, and water/hydraulic evaluation is a plus.
