Salary Range: $43,920-$73,164

Job Summary

The Data Reporting Analyst II will support the Airport Workforce Development Program Management Officer Sr. at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, handle correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, filing systems, coordinate travel.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit reports, maintain confidential files.
  • Communication: Act as liaison with stakeholders, coordinate team communication.
  • Event & Project Support: Assist in planning and logistics for events and projects.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Assist with data management and report preparation.
  • Financial Administration: Support budget management, invoice processing, expense tracking.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to policies, maintain data integrity.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform various administrative duties, develop office policies, assist with speeches and reports, manage travel arrangements, and support departmental budgets.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong organizational, management, and communication skills; knowledge of administrative practices, laws, and regulations; ability to develop operational plans; effective in written and oral communication; capable of independent judgment and problem-solving.

Qualifications

Minimum Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business/public administration, accounting, finance, IT, or related field; 4 years of relevant experience; proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel.

Preferred: 5+ years data analysis experience, familiarity with R, Python, Visual Basic.

Certifications

No specific certifications required; training in reporting software may be necessary.
