Part Time Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Shift Start Time: 05:00 am

Requirements and Description

Summary

Unifi Customer Service Agents are the first line of defense for our customers! This is a customer-facing role, providing first-class customer service to everyone. You are friendly, outgoing, and love to make people happy daily!

Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities of a GUEST SERVICE AGENT
  1. Assist passengers with a smile and friendly face through arrival and check-in processes; including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers, and passengers needing wheelchair assistance.
  2. Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system, boarding, baggage service, reservations, and resolving related complaints and problems.
  3. Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
  4. Assist Ramp Service Agents to ensure that wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are made available for loading upon departure and delivery to passengers upon arrival.
  5. Operate equipment to include the jet way, computer keyboards, and carrier-specific reservation/ticketing software.
  6. Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
Pre-requisites:
  1. Must be a local (in-state) resident.
  2. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  3. Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
  4. Must be at least 18 years of age.
  5. Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
  6. Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  1. No prior experience necessary.
  2. Must be open-minded and ready to work as part of a detail-oriented team.
  3. Strong work ethic.
  4. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  5. Ability to type and/or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the requirements of the role.
  6. Able to understand documents, learn and follow ticketing procedures, and other rules and regulations.
  7. Able to communicate information and instructions verbally and/or via radio equipment.
  8. Able to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
  9. Able to work quickly and efficiently to meet tight time restrictions.
Work Schedule:

You will need to have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. We operate in a shift bid environment.
