National Car Rental at the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport (GSP) in Greer, SC is hiring part-time Customer Experience Representatives to greet customers and guide them through the rental process with friendly, efficient service. This position pays $18.20 per hour plus potential bonuses, with Friday–Sunday 12:00pm–8:00pm shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and vehicle options.
• Offer additional assistance with directions, local information, and services.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general questions via phone and in‑branch interactions.
• Assist with vehicle condition checks upon return and notify management of issues.
