Qualifications

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Must be able to obtain a US customs and national security clearance.
• Must possess a valid driver's license without any major violations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise custodial staff to ensure quality work.
• Maintain proficiency with cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Provide training to janitorial staff on policies and safety.
• Manage inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Inspect completed work to ensure standards are met.
• Report safety incidents and equipment needs to supervisor.
