Position Overview

This position is located outside, on the curb, checking in passengers for their flights and requires airline compliance training to be completed promptly.

Responsibilities

1. Check in passengers and handle luggage securely according to TSA standards.
2. Issue boarding passes and tag bags for departing flights.
3. Provide passengers with flight information and directions.
4. Maintain a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
5. Complete airline compliance training within the specified timeframe.
6. Assist guests at a busy airport curbside, including lifting and moving luggage.

Qualifications

• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background and drug screenings.
