Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Server to join our Salt Lake City location. You will deliver exceptional guest service, take orders, upsell, and ensure timely delivery of meals in a fast-paced environment within our airport dining concepts.

This role requires at least 1 year of serving experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a commitment to safety and hospitality. We offer benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement in a dynamic team.

Qualifikationen

• 1-year experience serving required.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience handling money and a point of sale system.
• Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment.
• Knowledge of math to figure cost, make change, and cash handling procedures.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent is preferred.
• TIPS Certification or equivalent is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to guests and team members.
• Present the menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner; upsell to increase check average.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist with seating customers and other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company standards.
