Job summary

CMTS, LLC is seeking a Construction Logistics Specialist II in Los Angeles, CA to develop and coordinate temporary wayfinding for airport construction projects. You will work with project managers, designers, and operations teams to ensure clear, accessible signage aligned with phasing and standards.

The role requires a strong background in visual communication, signage practices, and coordinating multiple stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, aviation, business, engineering, construction management, planning, or related technical field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee temporary wayfinding strategies for active airport construction projects.
• Support pedestrian circulation, passenger flow, accessibility, and user experience during construction.
• Review signage quality, visual appeal, placement, readability, and compliance with airport and program standards.
• Coordinate updates to temporary wayfinding plans as construction phasing and field conditions change.
• Prepare project communications, schedules, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office.
