Job summary

The Elevator at Pullman Moscow Regional Airport is hiring Concessions Staff to prepare and serve hand-crafted food and beverages and assist customers at the concession. You will support guests, maintain stock, and ensure a welcoming, fast-paced dining area.

Responsibilities include coffee and beverage preparation, serving alcohol, following safety and service protocols, handling cash, and assisting with catering orders. TSA background checks may be required for employment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to acquire MAST Alcohol Server Permit.
• Must have or acquire Washington State Food Handlers Card.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• TSA background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Attend customers and provide friendly service.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages per specifications.
• Follow protocols for service and alcohol handling.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and accurate cash handling.
• Prepare catering orders as instructed.
• Document guest feedback to improve service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
