Tailwind Concessions LLC in Hebron, KY is seeking an Associate to support daily operations, handle transactions, and maintain a welcoming, organized coffee and retail station.

You will work with a team to serve coffee and beverages, restock supplies, and assist customers while upholding high service standards. TSA background check and reliable transportation are required; paid training and 401(k) with company matching are provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
• Provide excellent customer service, process orders, and address customer inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Craft and serve a variety of coffee drinks and specialty beverages according to customer preferences
• Operate coffee equipment, maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, and stay updated on drink recipes and trends
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences
• Restock and replenish product and inventory supplies
• Work with a team to provide the best possible customer experience
