Qualifications

• Accountability for the dishes they prepare meeting management and customer expectations.
• Ability to follow direct orders, recipes and prep dishes to restaurant standards.
• Knife techniques for chopping, slicing, cutting and dicing.
• Ability to stand for hours, endure heat, and work shifts.
