Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble cold food items according to specifications.
• Stock catering carts and containers per diagrams and procedures.
• Work in refrigerated environments while maintaining food safety standards.
• Verify item, quantity, labels, and cart contents before release to the next stage.
• Place cold packs to maintain the cold chain as needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures consistently.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and containers.
• Report equipment issues or delays to leadership.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on schedule.
