Job summary

FCS Services is seeking a reliable General Cleaner for the Shreveport Regional Airport location in Shreveport, LA. This full-time, 2nd shift role runs Sunday through Thursday from 2:30pm to 11:00pm, focusing on cleaning and sanitizing to uphold high standards of cleanliness.

The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and teamwork; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. A pre-employment background check will be completed before start date.

Qualifications

• Reliable and detail-oriented general cleaner capable of working independently.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize floors, walls, windows, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaners.
• Dust and polish surfaces to maintain a neat appearance.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; reach corners and hard-to-reach areas.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms; refill dispensers as needed.
• Empty trash and manage waste and recyclables per guidelines.
• Monitor supplies and assist floor technicians with floor care as directed.
