Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a CDL Driver in Chicago, IL for a full-time role. The job involves transporting cargo via 53’ trailers between aircraft and warehouses while adhering to strict safety standards.

You will interact with airline staff to provide excellent service and may be assigned various duties to support daily operations. Qualified candidates hold a Class A license with hazmat endorsements and have 1–2 years of trucking experience with a manual transmission.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL-Class A with hazmat endorsements.
• Minimum 1–2 years trucking experience with manual transmission.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of ramp operations and safety regulations.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check and obtain airport security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Transport cargo via 53’ trailer from aircraft to warehouse and vice versa according to safety rules.
• Provide customer service when interacting with airline staff and representatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor to support operations.
