SkyChefs, LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative – CDL Driver to cater aircraft and transport meals, beverages and equipment to assigned flights. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety and exceptional service within a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a CDL (Class A or B), ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, and DOT pre-employment screening. On-site with competitive benefits and regional shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a Commercial Driver License (Class A or B).
• Work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; open schedule.
• Able to pass DOT Pre-Employment physical test.
• Must maintain a good driving record and be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for each flight and load items onto carts.
• Verify flight documents to ensure correct items are loaded.
• Interact with team to resolve issues and assist crew.
• Provide excellent customer service to flight attendants and clients.
• Follow safety procedures for driving and handling carts near planes.
• Comply with CBP guidelines for trash disposal.
