Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a Customer Service Airline Catering Driver to support aircraft catering operations and transport meals, beverages and equipment to flights. You will provide friendly airline service and interact with vendor airline crews while following directions and deadlines.

The role requires a valid CDL (Class A or B), English proficiency, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the capacity to work under pressure on an 8+ hour shift. On-site position in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Must have a Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B).
• Ability to speak, read and understand English.
• Must be flexible and able to react to changing priorities.
• Comply with all work rules and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under extreme pressure.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to build strong relationships with airline customer teams.
• Must be able to use fingers/hands to handle equipment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shift of 8+ hours.
• Must be able to lift and push up to 50+ lbs.
• Able to pass a basic written test.
• Able to pass a basic driving skills test.

Responsibilities

• The Customer Service Airline Catering Driver is responsible for catering aircraft and transporting meals/beverage/equipment to assign flights. They are in charge of providing excellent customer airline service. Must have the ability to follow direction, meet tight deadlines, and interact/communicate with vendor airline crew as necessary.
