Job summary

SSP America, part of SSP Group, is hiring for a Host at the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport area. This full-time role offers $18.00 per hour, full benefits, free parking, and an immediate start.

You’ll deliver friendly guest service, take orders, process payments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. As a Host, you’ll enter orders into the POS system, handle payments, move supplies between areas, and support daily service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to operate POS and handle payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• Receive payment from customers and provide correct change.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the shift.
• Clean equipment and utensils; remove trash, sweep and mop.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
