Job summary

Smarte Carte is seeking a Cart Associate at Boston Logan International Airport for a part-time maintenance-focused role. The position offers $18 - $19.75 per hour, plus a $5 monthly cell phone allowance, with approximately 20–25 hours per week and weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities include transporting carts, performing routine maintenance, ensuring safety, assisting customers, and collaborating with staff. Applicants should be ready to support airport operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months previous work experience
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Transport carts from high return areas to high rental areas to ensure that carts are always available to customers.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of carts and cart management units.
• Practice safe work behaviors assuring safety of self, staff and visitors
• Provide courteous service in assisting customers.
• Maintain communication and cooperation with co-workers, and facility management
• Other duties as assigned
