Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Return Agent at Sarasota Bradenton Airport (SRQ). The role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient service during the rental return process, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth transactions.

The position offers a starting pay of $18 per hour with potential monthly bonuses up to $1,500. Work locations include the Sarasota Bradenton Airport facility; schedules are posted and vary by option.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on Driving Record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI/DWI).
• Apt to work one of three schedules listed in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving on the lot using prescribed dialogue.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in vehicles and log with unit details for lost and found.
• Inform customers about rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal politely and professionally.
• Thank customers using prescribed dialogue and seek feedback on service.
