Job summary

Naples Airport Authority is seeking a Project Manager I, II, or Senior Project Manager in Naples, FL to oversee planning, design, and construction of airport projects. The role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, and regulators across all project phases, from planning through closeout.

The position welcomes applicants with diverse project management backgrounds. Level will be determined by qualifications and experience, with a starting salary range aligning to classifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Relevant project management, construction, engineering, architecture, planning, or related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, contracts, budgets, schedules, and related documents.
• Working knowledge of planning, construction administration, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate airport capital improvement, repair, renovation, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, tenants, regulatory agencies, and internal departments.
• Support project planning, design, procurement, permitting, construction administration, and closeout activities.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, bid documents, specifications, contracts, and related documentation.
• Review construction plans, specifications, contracts, reports, and other project documents.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction activities for compliance with requirements and standards.
• Coordinate permitting, grant, regulatory, environmental, safety, and phasing requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide timely updates to leadership and stakeholders.
